<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><span style=”font-size:16px;”>Cancel your reservation within 5 days of arrival and get a full 100% refund – Cancel within 4 days or less and there will be no refund.</span></span></p>
<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><b><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>OCCUPANCY</span></span></b></span></p>
<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>Please do not exceed the maximum number of individuals stated in the Reservation</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><b><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>NO SMOKING</span></span></b></span></p>
<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>Smoking is not allowed on and within any and all portions of the Property. Fireworks are not allowed at the Property. Fires are a very real danger in our forests so please be very careful.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><b><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>GARBAGE</span></span></b></span></p>
<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>Property bag garbage, place in cans and keep covered to avoid wild animals. Garbage collection is on a regular weekly schedule. Please take note of your rental garbage schedule and leave cans by the street. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><b><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>USING ITEMS</span></span></b></span></p>
<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>Guest is responsible for operating the items and systems found in the home and Pacific Blue cannot guarantee that every item requested is available and in working order. We will make every effort to assure the home and all equipment is operational prior to your arrival, but in the event that an item or system is not working, no refunds will be given.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><b><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>USE OF PREMESIS</span></span></b></span></p>
<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>Guest shall use the premises only in a lawful manner. The Premises shall be used for a private residential vacation rental by the persons comprising the Guest party. Guest shall not permit other individuals to reside in the Premises or to treat the Premises as a residence. Guest shall not misuse or neglect the Premises. Guest shall not use the Premises for any commercial or unlawful activity.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><b><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>CHECK – IN</span></span></b></span></p>
<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Guest cannot access the premises prior to 4:00 pm without prior written approval and payment for early check-in.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><b><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>CHECK – OUT</span></span></b></span></p>
<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>Check-out is no later than 10:00 am. As such, the premises must be vacated of people and belongings by this time or earlier.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><b><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>TRAILERS TENTS & RV’s</span></span></b></span></p>
<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>Using trailers, tents or RV’s for living space or sleeping is not allowed on this property at any time. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><b><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>BE RESPECTFUL & NEIGHBORLY</span></span></b></span></p>
<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>The Rental Party shall govern themselves in a civilized, respectful manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. The Rental Party shall not be noisy or loud and likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. Any outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><b><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>PET’S</span></span></b></span></p>
<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>Pets are welcome at some but not all of our properties and non-refundable pet deposit of $75.00 per pet will be required as is our policy if you are bringing a pet with you.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><b><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>HOT TUBS</span></span></b></span></p>
<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>No children under the age of sixteen (16) are permitted in the pool or hot tub without direct adult supervision. When using the pool or hot tub, Guest acknowledges that there is a certain health risk associated with the use of such facilities and Guest fully accepts such risks. Guest agrees that all members of the Rental Party shall use the same at their own risk.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><b><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>ADDITIONAL CHARGES</span></span></b></span></p>
<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>Guest agrees to accept any charges for any additional fees incurred during the guests stay. </span></span></span></p>

<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><b><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>TAKE CARE & BE RESPECTFUL OF THE HOME </span></span></b></span></p>
<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>Please be respectful in regards to people and property, such as the house, land, amenities, furnishings, neighbors and surrounding area. </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><b><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>INDEMNIFICATION & LIABILITY</span></span></b></span></p>
<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>Owner and Agent shall not be liable for any damage or injury to Guest or to any other person or to any property, occurring on or within any portion of the Premises. Guest acknowledges that the Premises is subject to certain inherent dangers, such as its proximity to a body of water, the existence of a water fountain, rocks, fire pits and fireplaces. Guest agrees to defend and hold Owner and Agent harmless, and to indemnify Owner and Agent from any claims for damages or injuries caused by Guest, the Rental Party and/or other occupants, visitors or other individuals.</span></span></span></p>
<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><b><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>ATTORNEY FEES</span></span></b></span></p>
<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>Owner and Agent shall be entitled to recover any costs and/or attorney fees incurred in enforcing the terms of this agreement.</span></span></span><br />

<p><span style=”font-family:Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;”><span style=”font-size:12.0pt”><span style=”line-height:115%”>Any violation of the Pacific Blue terms listed above may result in a forfeiture of your rights regarding this rental property, including eviction from the premises without refund.</span></span></span></p>
