Great location right on the harbor. Wonderful sunsets and many locally owned restaurants within walking distance. Great space for small group or family. The communal deck has picnic tables, barbecue, and fish cleaning station for your fishing buddies. Very clean with all the necessary kitchen needs, excellent Wi-Fi, and tv connections. Quiet area, but lots of activities nearby.

The place is everything it promises to be! Great location on the harbor, a few nice restaurants within walking distance, a lovely pier access deck to watch the sunset. There are also a couple of places to rent kayaks to go up river and get to see the seals and otters up close. The place is perfect for a couple/ small family and was exceptionally clean.

This house was perfect for my group of 6 adults and one child. The location is great, right at the edge of MacKerricher State park, about a mile from the beach. There is a Mexican restaurant and a small market nearby. Access to town is easy, only a few minutes drive. The property is clean, well maintained and well appointed. There are two living spaces so one group can watch TV while another group can have quiet time. In addition there is a game room with a lot of options. We used the outdoor grill and the fire pit, which were great. Service from the management was excellent.

We had a great visit at Sea la vie! The house is close to the highway but the noise didnt bother us in the house at all. We were surprised by the lovely and short walk to the beach and went several times during our stay. The games in the garage were a big hit with the kids and we had so much fun roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. The horses next door were an unexpected treat.we had a family emergency during our trip and had to leave in a hurry. Pacific blue was so responsive and accommodating. Well definitely come again!

This property was perfect for us 5 "low-maintenance" adults who needed a cozy home base from which to explore the Fort Bragg area for a weekend. It was everyone's first time in a "tiny home," and we were pleasantly surprised and impressed at the accommodations despite its small footprint. The location on the Noyo river provided a lovely atmosphere and ambience, while giving us easy access to the downtown and recreational areas. Highly recommended by humans and dogs alike!

We had such a great time here. You cant beat the location- right on the water! Cozy little cabin with everything you need. A beach just minutes away by foot, restaurants surrounding you, and an amazing view with gorgeous sunsets. We saw seals, and caught a ton of crab!! We dropped our kayaks in the water just down the road, and visited all the fun tourist spots. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Sea La Vie house and it was wonderful! It was perfect for our family getaway and had all the amenities we needed and more. The house was clean and super cute. The game room was so fun, especially for our kids, they thought it was the coolest. The backyard is huge and has a wonderful deck and fire pit. There is a swing in the big willow tree and horses over the back fence that liked to come say hi. We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again!

This was a trip for 6 adults. This house has everything you would need and more. It's in a perfect location to walk to the beach. The house is set up so that there are two areas for sitting and visiting with activities for adults and kids in the garage.The backyard was great as well with the horseshoe and fire pits. We all agreed we wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again.

We had a great stay here and really enjoyed ourselves. The atmosphere of the decor and the location made for a cozy harbor bungalow vibe. We enjoyed drinking wine on the porch and listening to the quiet harbor noises at night. Nestled within walking distance of fantastic seafood and a view of the harbor. Even though it is a tiny hose the layout made it feel feel more spacious and the cabinet space helped keep everything organized. My partner and I with our two children in the upstairs loft which doubled as their play room. We have the private room to our in laws- and so between good organization and the layout we successfully slept our family of six plus two dogs. Hosts were friendly and responsive- we will stay here again on our next trip to Mendocino/ Fort Bragg!

Pacific Blue is an excellent management company with the best customer service. Carlon was always so prompt and kind in his responses and suggestions. The Elk House was such a nice way to immerse ourselves in nature. Our families read books at night instead of scanning our phones. Our kids played board games and we took advantage of some of the old time movies the house offered. We saw a family of deer waltz through the backyard on the first day. We loved the sandwiches at the Elk General Store and lunch at Queenie's. Overall, Elk is a quaint and lovely place to visit. A special place still unknown to most Californians! Enjoy being unplugged and if you really need to check something on the web or your phone, just walk down the street to the community center and you'll get free WiFi!

Beautifully decorated, very clean home with lots of charming extras. Amazing swing and fire pit in the huge backyard. Foosball and ping pong tables in the garage. Also a very cool record player. Best of all, located right next to the stunning MacKerricher State Park. The host is extremely kind, gracious, and responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We spent 5 nights at Emmanuel and it was perfect for us. My husband and I were in the downstairs bedroom with the baby in a crib, and my 4.5 yr old in the upstairs bedroom. Both kids loved the loft and while it was small, we spent most of our time out on the deck watching the boats come in and out. The location could not be more perfect - within walking distance to so many great restaurants and just a short drive to the little downtown area, beaches and Mendocino! The communication was excellent before and during our stay and the property manager made sure they set up the room so we could fit the crib. We would not hesitate to stay here again and will def recommend it to friends!

We had the best time in Noyo Bay! The RV was just as described, plus they have a outdoor grill, fire pit, and an outside kitchen, which was put to great use, and enjoyed. What is a camping trip without smores and hot dogs roasted over a fire. The owners were prompt and witty and helpful!, when there was a slight problem with our toilet. We loved the Camp Hostess named Sherry, She is so sweet, helpful, and she can help you with anything we needed to know. It was the first time we ever Glamped in an RV with our family, and it was very nice. We had a great time hanging with our teens. The weather was beautiful. Local seafood was amazing. Fort Bragg is a very quaint little town, and it has everything you could need. We will definitely go back next year!

The team does everything for you to make sure you have a clean place to stay and make sure they are available anytime. I have stayed at many Airbnb's, and not all are friendly, making a difference in making your stay comfortable. I love the staff and will be back. It's like a second home, and that's hard to come by.

I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be right in the middle of all the excitement. You're close to the beach, and you get to hear the horn. You feel the wind and the fantastic smell of the harbor.
