Spotlessly clean, well appointed house in a beautiful location. Everything was comfortable, well thought-out and the agency communicated in a really friendly and helpful way. The setting, five minutes down a private path to a gorgeous beach and lovely paved walking/biking trail, was unbeatable. My daughters and I had a great stay and would love to come back someday. Highly recommended!

This was one of many stays at the boat house since it is kind of my "run away from home" place, an easy place to relax and recharge. This is the first time staying since the property changed hands. I was very happy with the many updates and the fact that they added to the charm of the property. Thank you again!

Perfect house for our family vacation with friends. We had 5 adults and 3 children ages 2, 4 and 6. The house was the perfect setup for the kids with a fenced back yard. Very close to Fort Bragg and Mendocino. The host was very proactive reaching out at the start of our stay to ensure the accommodations were meeting expectations. They also provided some great recommendations. Each bedroom had great sheets and pillows. Beds were very soft. We felt safe and at home visiting this property and will surely stay again.

We were headed to the Mendocino area for my friends birthday and we got a call that the house we booked was having septic issues. We had five more hours in the car and found this house as back up. The communication with Carlon was instant and so helpful as she was able to get the house cleaned for our arrival around 4pm. The house is beautiful, spacious and stunning with the redwoods all around. We were so thankful and appreciative we had a great house for the three of us ladies. Thank you so much for having us. We loved everything about our stay in Noyo Harbor, and Salmon Run was the perfect home away from home. The home itself is clean, well-stocked, beautifully decorated, and comes with great views. I found it impossible not to ring the bell at the top of the stairs every time I walked by, much to my husband's annoyance. We cooked all our breakfasts and one dinner in the Salmon Run kitchen, which had everything we needed for preparing meals. So much is within walking distance--Sea Pal Cove with its crispy fish & chips prepared with local fish; Sea Princess, just stumble out the front door for some yummy clam chowder; Sacred Woods, filled with unique items is just a short walk away. It's an ideal area to explore on foot. Glass Beach and the Coastal Trial are a short drive away and offer stunning views and plenty of fresh sea air. Lots of little shops to visit on the main drag in Ft. Bragg. Cafe Beaujolais is about 20 minutes away in Mendocino, but worth the drive for a nice night out. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and hope to visit again.

Great place to stay when visiting the area! The home was very beautiful, clean and it was close to all of the activities and things we had planned. The hosts were very responsive and communicative!

Loved this house! We went up for a weekend with friends and the house was perfect for us. It was stocked with all kitchen appliances we needed, the bedrooms were comfy, the living room area was comfortable, the yard and deck are spacious for hanging out outside the house. The BBQ was an excellent feature! Its also a great position for a Mendocino county getaway. Beautiful beaches nearby, hikes, etc. + grocery stores, restaurants and more.

Coastwood was the perfect place for our family to spend time together for a great few days. Full of amenities, extremely comfortable, and accessible to everything we could need in town. Highly recommend!

This property is everything you could want in a little getaway. Adorable, clean, convenient and right in the middle of the harbor. Spend your evenings listening to the sea lions and relaxing or head to food and drinks and be able walk back to your place. Will definitely stay again!

Just as reviewed a really fun and functional place for a family or friends group. We made great use of the garage game room, the fire pit, the propane grill, the dining area, and the galley kitchen. When comparing the value of this location and its amenities to local camping and lodging options, we found it to be a great value. Hard to find a place to accommodate this many people and their pets, in an amazing location, with a ton of entertainment amenities as well. Also was pretty clean for a place that accommodates all the above no detectable pet hair at all, and the kitchen was SPOTLESS!
